This traditional Valencian house dating back to the early twentieth century, with stunning gardens backing onto the Royal Canal of Moncada, has been restored to its former glory using local materials and custom designs in a manner that respects the existing building. Antonio and Pilar commissioned us for this wonderful project, which is a true renovation and restoration of a turn-of-the-century home.
Through an exciting project development process in close consultation with the clients, we were able to reuse, reinterpret and transform this listed building to meet the needs of twenty-first century life. The most interesting elements of the original building have been showcased, reinterpreted, adapted and brought into dialogue with new, contemporary features.
